Refund Policy

Sizing exchanges:

Exchanges are subject to availability and have the following conditions:

  • returned within 7 days of being delivered

  • In original condition, not worn and unwashed condition

  • Still with original tags on

 

Collide Co reserves the right to reject exchanges/returns which do not comply with the above policy. Exchanges and returns that fail to comply with this policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

 

As products will not be restocked, once a product is sold out we will not offer refunds based on sizing errors. Our size guide is accurate and provides as much possible information about the sizing and measures of each product.

 

Damaged or faulty products:

A refund or credit may only be made on a product if a manufacturing error is present. If there is a fault please contact us via email or Instagram with pictures of the issue within 7 days of delivery for us to investigate and issue an exchange, refund, or credit. The issued item must also be unworn and with original tags attached for the item to be investigated.

 

Collide Co does not cover any shipping costs of any exchange, refund, or credit and is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in the post.
